So last week didn't do minimum readings, but I had a course booked, so after only 1 week I'm changing the target system to cash based.

Thankfully I got text from the bank indicating that our housing benefit has been reinstated! If the arseholes actually read their own forms there wouldn't be these problems in the first place. Got first karate lesson tonight, really looking for ward to it.

New Year!

Ok so I tried with a very detailed to-do list and diary, and then I tried with none at all, now I'm trying somewhere in the middle. As long as my readings earnings are on target I find my stress levels are low enough to manage everything else in a fairly relaxed way. My new targets are weekly and are:
     Minimum - 50 sessions a week - We'll survive but we need to live on a tight budget
     Good - 75 sessions a week - Everything will get paid with out too much budgeting.
     Excellent - 100 sessions a week - We're buying the good cheese!

I've also stopped calorie counting. I'm doing at least one long (10km or over) walk a week, karate once a week and short yoga stretches 5 times a week.
