Ok so I tried with a very detailed to-do list and diary, and then I tried with none at all, now I'm trying somewhere in the middle. As long as my readings earnings are on target I find my stress levels are low enough to manage everything else in a fairly relaxed way. My new targets are weekly and are:
Minimum - 50 sessions a week - We'll survive but we need to live on a tight budget
Good - 75 sessions a week - Everything will get paid with out too much budgeting.
Excellent - 100 sessions a week - We're buying the good cheese!
I've also stopped calorie counting. I'm doing at least one long (10km or over) walk a week, karate once a week and short yoga stretches 5 times a week.
